It lies beside the pretty Sandford Park, and is just a brief stroll from the town's many shops, restaurants, theatres and bars. There are 13 comfortable rooms, and the hotel is efficiently run in a friendly and unstuffy manner by the staff and resident owners.

Approximate walking times are: High Street 2 minutes, Promenade 5 minutes, Town Hall 3 minutes, Everyman Theatre 5 minutes, Bus Station 7 minutes, Race Course 25 minutes, Train Station 20 minutes.

As there is a wide choice of proper restaurants, pubs, cafe, tearooms and take-aways within easy walking distance of the hotel, we do not pretend to be nor wish to be treated as a restaurant. However, we do understand that some people travelling by themselves may prefer not to eat out alone, and for these people only, we offer light snacks, such as soup, filled baked potatoes and sandwiches. There is a licensed honesty bar for residents only.

Breakfast is served on blue and white china in either the spacious Victorian dining room, fully appointed with original features including fireplace, which looks out over the pretty Victorian walled garden, or in the large AGA-equipped kitchen.
The Gloucestershire bacon and sausages are procured locally, as are the eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes. The eggs are free range and are collected from a farm just north of Cheltenham. Other food comes from the local farmer’s market held regularly on Cheltenham’s Promenade. The jam and marmalade and fresh bread is all homemade. We cater fully for special dietary requirements.

The cottages are ideally located for exploring the Cotswolds
Seven Springs Cottages have been carefully reconstructed around what was once a stable yard, to artfully evoke the traditional Cotswolds style. These six cottages stand within their own pretty, wooded gardens and are bordered by open fields. Nearby there are many good country pubs and restaurants, the closest just 100 yards away.
A rural location, yet only 10 minutes from the M5, the cottages provide an excellent base for couples and families wishing to explore the Cotswolds. They are comfortably furnished with leather sofas and modern kitchens and bathrooms. There is also broadband access, free-sat TV and DVD for recreational purposes. The beds have duvets and linen is provided. Bathrooms benefit from a shower over the bath.
Guests can also take advantage of the shared laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment, and local tourist information. Travel cot, highchairs and stair gates are also available. Electricity is charged by meter reading.
The largest cottage, Windrush, has 3 bedrooms and is equipped with underfloor heating, dishwasher and washing machine.

It sits in the very shadow of the Peak, one of the most outstanding view points in the Cotswolds.
The cottage is surrounded by acres of country-side teeming with wild life, ideal for bird watchers and nature-lovers. The cottage is situated just a few hundred yards from the Cotswold Way and the area hosts miles of rugged off-road walks and mountain bike trails. The nearest pub is within walking distance and the area abounds in fine restaurants and traditional village pubs.

Outside, the cottage has parking for two cars and a bike/boot storage area where wet clothes can be hung to dry.
