Cheltenham Spa, England's most complete Regency town is conveniently less than a hundred miles from London and an ideal base for touring into the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon and Bath. Most of the town centre lies within a conservation area of outstanding national importance.

The Regency Lodge has been fully renovated in early 2007 and offers comfortable guest accommodation with residents parking.

All rooms have been recently renovated to a high standard. Hilden Lodge have single, double, twins and a triple family room. All feature ensuite facilities, flat screen TV and DVD player and tea and coffee making facilities.

Hilden Lodge are fully licensed and have a small bar area and separate restaurant/meeting room that can accommodate 20 people in boardroom style seating and 32 theatre style, this is available to hire from 9.30am - 5.30pm daily for a variety of business functions.

Briarfields Motel is open all year and has 20 bedrooms. The bedrooms are en-suite, with TV, fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities.

Briarfields Motel has single bedrooms (£33 a night), double and twin bedded rooms (£39 per room per night). Also we have two family rooms. One of the family rooms has 4 single beds in (£44 per night per room) and the other family room contains one double bed and one single bed. (£42 per room per night). Prices are for room only.

Motel Rooms

We provide accommodation that is clean and of a good standard at a reasonable price. A kettle, fridge and microwave are in each room. Glasses, teacups and tea spoons are provided (please bring other crockery and cutlery if you require them). Towels are provided.

The rooms are available from 12.00 noon until 10.00am on the morning of your departure. Rooms keys must be collected before 6.00pm on the day of your arrival. The rooms are cleaned daily during the week.

We have a car park adjacent to the Motel. Some of our rooms are on the ground floor.

California Farm is situated in the beautiful North West Cotswolds and is surrounded by absolutely stunning countryside. Our family run farmhouse Bed & Breakfast accommodation is located one mile from the historic village of Charlton Kings. Our traditional limestone built farmhouse commands stunning, panoramic views over the beautiful Cotswold countryside as far as the eye can see and offers complete privacy and a distinct sense of “getting away from it all”. We are fortunate to be completely secluded, yet within easy reach of all amenities and activities.

Fully renovated to an exceptionally high standard, the farmhouse has a real feeling of a family home. In restoring this once dilapidated house, we have been able to retain many original features (beams, stone walls and fireplaces), with modern decoration and furnishings in the traditional farmhouse style.

A lovely welcoming hallway leads through to a large guest lounge with deep comfortable sofas and a magnificent fireplace. The dining area is elegant without being austere and overlooks the garden and surrounding countryside. We have four bedrooms, two double and two twin rooms and three (both doubles and a twin) are with full, ensuite bathroom. The rooms are all attractive - each with their own individual style and are simply but comfortably furnished.

The is a large, lawned garden with beautiful trees and shrubs, outside dining area and a pond. To the rear of the property are our stables. The long private drive leads to an ample parking area at the front of the property.

White Lodge is located less than 2 miles west of Cheltenham town centre on the A40 and within 1 mile of junction 11 of the M5. It is about a hundred years old and retains some of its original features.

A warm welcome awaits visitors by resident owners Pam and Dick Gay and they are invited to enjoy the lovely gardens. There's ample private parking, but if visitors prefer not to use their cars to drive into Cheltenham there's a Park and Ride service close by. We are within walking distance of GCHQ, one and a half miles from the railway station and near Deans Close School.

All rooms are comfortably furnished, some are en-suite, all have colour TV/DVD combis, refrigerators, hairdryers, clock radio alarms and a complimentary beverage tray. In the dining room is a microwave which guests are welcome to make use of at any time. Cutlery and crockery is provided in the room.

Breakfast, traditional English or continental, is served with fresh fruit and yoghurt and a selection of cereals and teas.

Resident HorsesThe Deackes family are happy to welcome guests to their warm and relaxing farmhouse. We would be delighted for you to come and meet all our horses, two friendly dogs, and our pet Kune Kune pig, called Hamlet. Gambles Farm is a working livery stable yard set in 8 acres of peaceful surroundings. We are nestling in the lower slopes of Cleeve Hill and adjacent to Nottingham Hill. We are situated in a small village, 4 miles north of Cheltenham, 2 miles from Cheltenham Racecourse, (Heart of National Hunt Racing), and easily accessible to all the Cotswold villages.

Gambles FarmhouseWe have three Guest rooms. One of which has a super king bed with a five piece bathroom en-suite, a two-seater sofa and large screened TV, video, and stereo. It also has stunning views overlooking fields.

Our second room has a kingsize bed, with en-suite shower room. This room also has a two-seater sofa, TV, and video. Our third room has twin handmade pine beds with large wardrobes and dressing table, with a TV and stereo, with views overlooking fields.

Many well known characters have spent time at this Grade II* listed building drawing inspiration from its stunning architecture and location including Oscar Wilde, Claude Monet, Edwin Abbey, John Singer-Sargent, William Morris and Edward Elgar. Built in c1320, the house is fully centrally heated and each en-suite bedroom provides the latest modern amenities. BRIEF HISTORY

Abbots Grange is believed to be the oldest dwelling in Broadway and one of the oldest domestic/monastic properties in Worcestershire, built during the early part of the 14th Century as the summer manor for the Abbot of Pershore.

It is considered by the Institute of Archaeology to be one of the most important and best preserved English monastic manor houses with a rich and fascinating history. The house is catalogued and the architecture described in Pevsners ‘The Buildings of England’.

April Cottage is a converted stable situated in half an acre of land set back from the owner's property which dates back to the early 1800s. It is a pretty, one bedroom stone cottage that has been tastefully renovated and furnished with a contemporary feel in mind. It comes with a spacious courtyard garden which is for the private use of the cottage and is not at all overlooked, and car parking.

April Cottage is just two miles from Cheltenham town centre and the fashionable Montpellier, yet it has a very country feel. The cottage itself is surrounded by fields and boasts a welcoming feel.
