We are located close to the M4 corridor (2 miles) on the 'Cotswold Way Walk', and 2 miles from Yate Industrial Estates, with excellent links from Yate for rail, bus and taxi services. We are also only a twenty minute walk to the quaint high street of Chipping Sodbury.
All rooms have comfortable beds, T.V., and tea and coffee making facilities. Ensuite rooms are available, as well as ample bathroom facilities for non ensuite accommodation. Telephone and fax can be made available. Conservatory and sitting rooms are also available solely for guest use, and in summer we also have gardens for your pleasure.
