Fairford is a small town located on the River Coln 4 miles west of Lechlade in the County of Gloucestershire. The buildings on the High Street are a pleasant mixture of the 17th and 18th centuries and the number of hotels and inns remind us that Fairford was once an important staging post on the London to Gloucester coaching run. Fairford is 8 miles from Cirencester, 7 miles from the Cotswold Water Park, 5.5 miles from Bibury and 9 miles from the Cotswold Wildlife Park.

Ashdene is set on the doorstep of the Cotswolds and within easy reach of some of the most famous places in our history of the U.K. Shakespeare Country at Stratford upon Avon, Bath the Roman City and Avebury the world famous stone circles, to name but a few making this either a place of interest for adults and keeping the children amused at the same time with every conceivable need for them on your doorstep.
With its own enclosed Swimming pool it is in a perfect location for a self catering holiday. It can sleep up to 12 people in 5 bedrooms all with direct wifi access and plasma T.Vs plus a games room to keep the children amused. The Cottage is furnished to a very high standard with 2 En-Suite Bedrooms, Lovely Inglenook fireplace for those cold winter months and set in grounds approaching half an acre. On your doorstep is Roves farm a great place for children and adults my personal favourite when the children were younger, We have boys so the Tractor rides were of great interest to them, Animal feeding, Indoor play area, Big Bale stack and much more.
All 5 bedrooms have T.V’s and a socket providing direct Internet access, the utility provides a dying room with Washing machine and Tumble dryer.
In the main bathroom is a separate corner shower in addition to bath, toilet and sink.
Bedroom 1, 2 and 5 are located on the ground floor with the main bathroom, bedroom 1 has an En-suite, bedroom 2 is a family room with with 2 single beds and bunk beds, bedroom 5 is a double room with a double bed. Upstairs can be found bedroom 3 with a double bed and en-suite facilities, and bedroom 4 has 2 single beds.
