If you want a holiday that gives you a real taste of Spanish life away from the normal Costas in a tranquil location, with lovely accommodation then this is the place for you.
The village of Villalonga is located close to the towns of Gandia & Oliva, 60 km south of Valencia . Just outside the village you will find this most charming luxury equipped 3 bedroom villa, which has a superb private pool and is set in a quiet peaceful location with magnificent views.
The villa is situated in an elevated private position. It has a panoramic, breath taking view of manicured orange groves stretching far out in front of you across the plain to the mountains . The costal town of Gandia can be seen in the distance.
Accommodation
This immaculate, luxury single story villa was built in 2004 and has been finished in a typical local Spanish style to a very high standard.
The villa has a contemporary style and is light and airy. It has an open plan living area with a lounge at one end with a brick fire place and wood burning stove and an informal dining area at the other.
The kitchen is well equipped with solid wood units and granite worktops. Appliances include a gas hob, electric cooker with extractor, a microwaveand fridge freezer.
There is an abundant supply of utensils and equipment as well as plenty of crockery and glassware.
The bedrooms are situated through an archway off the lounge area. They all have large fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans.
The main bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room with a “wet room” type shower area. The second bedroom looks out to the pool area and has a double bed.The third bedroom has twin beds.
The main bathroom is spacious with a full sized bath and integral shower.
Oil fired Central heating is available for the colder months. There is a television with very limited Sky TV. There is also a DVD player and a radio, CD player .
Outside
The large tiled terrace under the Naya has a table and chairs and an outside fridge to keep the drinks chilled in! This leads down to a beautiful pool measuring 8m x 4m which has corner steps leading into it. The pool is around 1.30m deep in the shallow end graduating to 2m in the deep end There is also a barbecue area, with a pergola and dining table and chairs under it for all that al fresco dining! The garden is landscaped with Orange trees and fencing to give complete privacy 2m in the deep end. There are cushioned sun loungers, and an outside shower area.
