unique character. The house adjoins the weaving-mill which is occupied by the owners.

It is located in the South Cotswolds in the heart of England, with a twenty-seven acre parkland setting including two rose gardens and a three acre lake for fishing.
Every room is tastefully furnished and carefully prepared, and each high quality appartment hosts one or two bedrooms with sitting room, TV & VCR, telephone, well equipped kitchen, and one or two bath / shower rooms.
Leisure facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Jacuzzi, games rooms with snooker tables, table tennis and air hockey, two nine hole courses for putting and pitch and putt, tennis court, croquet lawn and indoor badminton court.
Apartments
Each apartment in the main building is individually designed and no two are alike! There are 4 two-bedroom apartments and 4 with one bedroom. Two apartments are on the mezzanine floor and four on the first floor. Accessible from outside is a round shaped studio apartment on the ground floor of the King John Tower.
Mews Cottages There are a further five Mews cottages in the grounds, each with two bedrooms, a downstairs cloakroom, a bathroom and a large ground floor open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The latter opens out on to a small patio area.
