The chef takes pride in providing high class dishes, cooked to order using the finest freshest ingredients. James and his team in the kitchens work tirelessly to bring you a menu to satisfy all tastes; whether you are in more of a hurry and choose from out light bites and snack menu, or whether you are doing lunch or have all evening to relax and enjoy the ever changing specials board, rest assured that EVERYTHING presented is cooked freshly from fine fresh produce.
James sources as much as possible from local suppliers and the fish is delivered fresh six days a week (they don’t fish on Sundays!) direct from the fish docks at Brixham.
Desserts are also made, prepared, and cooked freshly in our kitchens, always a delight and changing several times a week. Mmmmm.
