Cold Buffet

Offering a selection of appetizers, including a fresh fruit platter,
berry compote, juices and a choice of cereals

Full English breakfast

Back bacon, hash brown, tomato, mushroom, pork or vegetarian sausage, served
with fried, poached or scrambled egg

Or a choice of fish

Smoked haddock served with either poached or scrambled egg
Kippers with brown bread and butter
Smoked salmon and scrambled egg

Or

An omelette (with a choice of fillings)
Poached or scrambled eggs on toast
Baked beans on toast
Porridge

Or

Continental Breakfast, selection of cold meats and cheeses served with a baguette

To round off breakfast we offer a choice of wholemeal or
white toast and a selection of homemade or diabetic preserves

Beverages include Breakfast, Earl grey and Peppermint tea,
and filtered or decaffeinated coffee

Where possible we only use the best local produce, our tomatoes
and mushrooms are bought from a local market gardener
recently featured in Gardeners World, our bacon and sausage
come from a renowned local butcher and our eggs are from
free roaming out door hens
