Every room is tastefully furnished and carefully prepared, and each high quality appartment
hosts one or two bedrooms with sitting room, TV & VCR, telephone, well equipped
kitchen, and one or two bath / shower rooms.
Leisure facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Jacuzzi, games rooms
with snooker tables, table tennis and air hockey, two nine hole courses for putting
and pitch and putt, tennis court, croquet lawn and indoor badminton court.
When apartments are available for sale, prices are not inflated by the need for a
developer or marketing company to make a large profit, or for any need to offer inducements
such as so called "free" gifts or "free" holidays. Some apartments/weeks
are available, from £499 to £3,760. No one is ever put under any pressure
to buy at Stouts Hill: anyone interested is left to make his or her own decision about
becoming an owner. Deferred payment terms are available with no interest charges. Purchasers
receive a Licence valid until the year 2200 and the facility to pass on ownership free
of charge to children and grandchildren. All that is required to extend Licences beyond
2200 is a majority vote at the Annual General Meeting.
Since 1998 Stouts Hill has been recognised by RCI as a Gold Crown Resort for surpassing
