Capable of comfortably accommodating 6 persons, this Bungalow has been furnished to a high standard and is a perfect self-catering holiday base, from which to visit Cheltenham, explore the Cotswold’s and surrounding area as well as of course, to go horseracing.

Cheltenham Spa railway station is 2 ½ miles (4 Km)

There is a bus stop within 20 metres (regular town centre route) as well as a park and ride service located at the racecourse.

Positioned approximately ¼ Mile (400 metres) from the racecourse and about 1.2 miles (1.9Km) from the centre of Cheltenham

Accommodation

Capable of comfortably accommodating 6 persons.

Comprising of three comfortable twin bedded rooms (one of which could be made into a double bed by prior arrangement).

The kitchen/dining room is fitted and equipped to a high standard with fridge/with icebox, electric oven, gas hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine. The kitchen leads onto a large decking area through fully glazed double doors.

The bathroom suite comprises of Bath with Shower, WC and a pedestal sink.

The comfortable Living room comprises of two sofas and a single chair, colour Television, freeview digibox, a mini hifi unit (CD & Radio) gas fire and sideboard/cabinet.

Lounge

Outside, there is off road parking for 3 cars at the front and at the back there is a private, large, partly sheltered wooden decking area, with wooden garden furniture comprising, large table two benches and two chairs.

Local amenities

There is a very convenient located shop right next door serving a range of products including, daily papers, milk, eggs bread etc. as well as hot and cold prepared snacks.

The charming historic village of Prestbury has three good pubs within 1 mile (1.6km) of the bungalow all serving food. There is also a Butchers shop, and convenience store in the centre of Prestbury.

There is also numerous town centre bars, pubs, clubs, restaurants and shops and ‘out of town’ supermarkets within 2 miles (3.2Km)

  2. High Season:  from £480 per week
  3. Festivals: including Christmas, New Year  and Easter and also Cheltenham race meetings - Price on application.
