The 2-rosette award winnng Beaufort Restaurant is an elegant venue serving fine food. Its original period architectural features include an impressive hammer-beamed ceiling, wooden floors and grand bay windows that overlook the beautiful country gardens.

The Beaufort Restaurant serves fine English and Continental-style cuisine cooked using local Cotswold ingredients wherever possible. On Sundays an excellent traditional three-course Sunday roast for £18.95 per person is served. We advise you book in advance. 

Guests dining in the restaurant can enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif in the comfortable lounge which adjoins the restaurant.

Overseen by new Head Chef, David Brown, The Brasserie and The Dining Room at The Close Hotel offer a sophisticated yet relaxed, surprising but never pretentious experience.

Having previously worked at the 2-rosette award winning Manor House Hotel in Moreton-in-Marsh, David has brought with him a wealth of experience and knowledge. Using local suppliers and seasonal produce, David has created a mouth-watering choice of menus.

Breakfast and lunch are served every day in the Brasserie. The Brasserie menu takes a modern and seasonal twist on many traditional favourites and the great value Prix Fixe Menu is available Monday to Saturday. Throughout the day the relaxed All Day Menu can be enjoyed in the Bar, Library or on the Terrace on warmer days.

Join us every Sunday lunch for a traditional Sunday roast, served until 3pm in The Brasserie and The Dining Room. A time for families and friends to get together and share good food. Take the stress out of your Sunday and join us for our seasonal Sunday lunch menu made up of the best local and British ingredients. If you would prefer a private area for your gathering - ask for details on The Cloisters Room - perfect for up to 20 people.
