Maugersbury at Stow-on-the-Wold is steeped in history. Little Broom was part of the Stables and Coachouse to Maugersbury Manor built in 1402. Little Broom was converted into a house in 1949 standing in an acre of grounds with plenty of Private Parking. The house is off a private road once being the Salt Way to Stow-on-the-Wold (5minute walk through an avenue of trees to where the shops and restaurants are. The views from the house go down across the valley to Icomb and Churchill.
Maugersbury is a quiet hamlet and has six large 17th century houses with a collection of cottages and barns of character and is an ideal base for touring, walking and watching the wildlife in the beautiful Cotswold countryside.
Little Broom has a secluded garden with table and chairs on the lawn to sit and relax with a drink after a day enjoying the Cotswolds.
The Guest House offers two self-contained loveley apartments (each sleeping 2) with ample private parking. One is a Studio apartment and the other is a room ensuite with a conservatory.

The Studio Apartment
  The ground floor apartment is used for self-catering with bathroom and shower.
It has a large arched window set in Cotswold stone looking over what was the courtyard to the stables and coach house - now a delightful garden. Basic breakfast food will be provided consisting of cereals, yoghurt and fruit. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, cooker, microwave, toaster and fridge.
The Bed can be a Super King sized double or split into Twin Beds. The apartment is based on two people sharing.
The apartment comes with a private adjoining outside patio with garden chairs and table for alfresco dining and based on two people sharing.

The Stable End
The Stables End looks down to the kitchen garden, paddock and stables. It has its own conservatory sitting room with patio doors leading to the garden.
The bedroom has a King size bed with bathroom equipped with shower, a fridge, microwave and toaster are also provided.
The apartment has its own sitting room space and outside garden furniture for own use and is room only basis

For Studio and Stable End Apartments - from £95.00 for two per night - Breakfast is not included
Check-in time from 1pm unless prior arranged - Check-out time is 10am
Cancellation Policy - 48 hours notice required otherwise full charge will be made for booked accommodation
