Uplands House is a family home, built in the 19th century of golden Hornton stone. We are a well established Wolsey Lodge and our visitors are treated as house guests. We usually dine en famille and offer generous hospitality, pretty bedrooms, excellent food and the finest wines.

We go to great lengths to make your visit a memorable one, and hope you will return often. The house is set in a beautiful garden surrounded by the ancient parklands of Uplands Farm and Upton House.

We are close to Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Banbury and Leamington Spa. At Uplands our guests may enjoy all the peace and tranquility of the lovely Warwickshire countryside, while being close enough to explore the many towns, delightful villages and umpteen places of interests in the Cotswolds. Upton House with its wonderful collections of paintings and porcelain is just a stone's throw away, the National Herb Centre is only two miles, and Shakespeare's Stratford on Avon is but a short drive.

If you don't want to go anywhere, enjoy in the garden, play croquet on the lawn, or sit and watch the many species of birds with a peaceful backdrop of grazing sheep.

Home Farmhouse is located in Charlton, just east of the M40 between Junctions 10 and 11. It is an old village mentioned in the Domesday Book (1067), a modern copy of which you can look at in the house. The village has a shop, a post office and a good pub only 100 yards (metres) from the house.

Nolands Farm in Oxhill offers Bed and Breakfast in the heart of leafy Warwickshire countryside.   It is situated in a tranquil valley, with glorious views overlooking fields and woods   We can offer the country lover a happy relaxing stay in the very heart of the country.

All bedrooms are annexed and all en-suite, some in converted stables, others in the Granary therefore offering guests freedom to come and go as they please at anytime of the day.

Grange Farm is a family run farm of just over 300 hectare two thirds of which is arable, planted with wheat barley, linseed, oil seed rape and lupins, the remainder is grassland/ grazing for the 90 head beef enterprise, a livery yard containing 12 stables and a Equestrian Cross Country Course.

Our garden is a peaceful/rural haven if you want to relax and read the paper, or just watch the world go by.

Easington House was originally a farmhouse
and dates back some five hundred years

Built of local Hornton stone with inglenook fireplaces, exposed beams and "creaky floorboards", the house oozes charm and character, and is reputed to be one of the oldest buildings in Banbury.

All of our fourteen rooms are en suite and are individually decorated and furnished. Tea and coffee making facilities are available, as well as bottled water, remote control television, direct-dial telephone and quality toiletries. Broadband wireless Internet access is available in all of our rooms and public areas.

Our rates include a full English breakfast with British bacon and sausages, free range eggs and a selection of juices, yoghurts, cereals and fresh fruit. Wherever possible we try to support local and British produce. Vegetarian guests are also well catered for.

The Cottage:
This pretty, character, one bedroom self contained cottage used to be the bakehouse to Easington House years ago. It is ideal for couples and is let all year round, subject to availability. Welcome to the The Mill House, North Newington, Oxfordshire

A charming building of mellow old stone, the 17th century Mill House Country Guest House has something of a distinguished past with the adjoining mill being mentioned in Shakespeare’s Henry VI (part 2). The mill and house continued to operate as working mill until 1972 but is now a peaceful guest house and home for husband and wife team, Andrew Marshall and Sharon Connolly.

There is a guest lounge, a licensed “honesty” bar, a large car park and conference facilities.

The 3 en suite bedrooms are. Comfortably furnished, all are non-smoking and are equipped with direct-dial telephone, TV and hospitality tray. One of the bedrooms has a four-poster bed and another is a family room. All rooms are available for single occupancy.

In the courtyard there are a further four cottages available as either bed and breakfast or self catering accommodation. The house has a self contained conference room which seats up to 14 people.

Situated in South Warwickshire near Banbury, adjacent to the Burton Dassett Hills and the Centenary Way Long Distance Footpath and yet within 15 miles of Shakespeare’s Stratford on Avon, the Oxfordshire market town of Banbury and historic Warwick.

Caudle Hill Farm is an ideal location to visit this beautiful area of central England. We are also only 4 miles from Junction 12 of the M40 Motorway at Gaydon.

The farm itself, which covers an area of over 600 acres and boasts spectacular views stretching for over 30 miles, not only grows a variety of crops but also has livestock. A superb location for a relaxing holiday, but at the same time close to the cities of Birmingham, Coventry and Oxford and the beautiful Cotswold Hills.

Bed & Breakfast.

At Caudle Hill Farm we have one luxurious double room complete with tea and coffee making facilities, colour television, radio alarm, hairdryer and a private bathroom with overhead shower. A full English breakfast is provided in the dining room, overlooking rolling fields.

Regrettably we are not able to accept children under 6 years of age,
dogs or smokers in any of the accommodation.

Set on the edge of lovely Mollington Village just walking distance to our own village pub. We have large pitches, all electric with newly built toilet block facility. We also have self-catering accommodation available. Top quality is the by-word. Close to Stratford-on-Avon, Oxford, Warwick, Cotswolds and many National Trust properties. Cycling, walking or just a lazy time, you will be made very welcome. Rallies Welcome.

An old long redundant stone building has been tastefully turned into Turpins Lodge Cottage. Original beams remain, and the original stone work has been renovated and renewed, the pine floors conceal underfloor heating operated by the oil fired Aga/Rayburn in a fully fitted kitchen, including dishwasher, washer/drier and fridge. The luxury bathroom has a spa bath and shower with massage jets for your neck and back if you wish.

The cottage has a fully compensated Theakson thermostat which balances the heating inside to the temperature outside. It is very warm and comfortable with the oil fired rayburn and underfloor central heating throughout. There are also heated towel radiators next to each vanity unit in both bedrooms and the bathroom.

Everything you need is provided including all towels and linen - washing up liquid, kitchen roll, toilet roll, soap, shower gel etc. There is also a supply of tea, coffee and milk plus biscuits, fruit juice and soft drinks to make yourself feel at home on arrival.

The Cottage is detached and has a totally private garden.
