Easington House was originally a farmhouse
and dates back some five hundred years
Built of local Hornton stone with inglenook fireplaces, exposed beams and "creaky floorboards", the house oozes charm and character, and is reputed to be
one of the oldest buildings in Banbury.
All of our fourteen rooms are en suite and are individually decorated and furnished. Tea and coffee making facilities are available, as well as bottled water, remote
control television, direct-dial telephone and quality toiletries. Broadband wireless Internet access is available in all of our rooms and public areas.
Our rates include a full English breakfast with British bacon and sausages, free range eggs and a selection of juices, yoghurts, cereals and fresh fruit. Wherever

The Cottage:
This pretty, character, one bedroom self contained cottage used to be the bakehouse to Easington House years ago. It is ideal for couples and is let all year round, subject to availability.

An old long redundant stone building has been tastefully turned into Turpins Lodge Cottage. Original beams remain, and the original stone work has been renovated and renewed,
the pine floors conceal underfloor heating operated by the oil fired Aga/Rayburn in a fully fitted kitchen, including dishwasher, washer/drier and fridge. The luxury bathroom has a spa bath
and shower with massage jets for your neck and back if you wish.
The cottage has a fully compensated Theakson thermostat which balances the heating inside to the temperature outside. It is very warm and comfortable with the oil fired rayburn and underfloor
central heating throughout. There are also heated towel radiators next to each vanity unit in both bedrooms and the bathroom.
Everything you need is provided including all towels and linen - washing up liquid, kitchen roll, toilet roll, soap, shower gel etc. There is also a supply of tea, coffee and milk plus biscuits,
fruit juice and soft drinks to make yourself feel at home on arrival.
The Cottage is detached and has a totally private garden.
