Situated within its own 200 acres of farm land and grass paddocks, Cropredy Lawn is a family farmhouse with stunning views overlooking north Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire. The house, which dates back to 1770’s, has many period features including listed stone flag flooring and open fires in the drawing room and dining room.
On arrival guests will be welcomed with a cup of tea and cake and a Full English breakfast is served in the dining room.
Guests are welcome to walk all around the farm where there are grass tracks, alternatively from the property there are numerous footpaths across the unspoilt rural countryside. The Oxford Canal runs through Cropredy where there are lovely walks along the tow path and into Banbury.

Cropredy Lawn is a racehorse training yard for Paul Webber where approximately 50 horses are trained on site.
For those of you who are interested in horse racing, alongside the bed and breakfast there is the opportunity combine your stay with a ‘behind the scenes’ experience watching the horses on the gallops with the trainer.

Heath Farm is 70 acres of set aside woodland which is managed. We produce firewood and hazel products for gardens. The farm buildings are now commercial units. We have a baker, photography studio and 3 joiners shops on site together with a paint supplier.
The farm offers guests the woodland explore. Our Games Lawn has croquet, badminton/volleyball, trampoline, swings and a slide. There are also mountain bike trails, indoor games room with table tennis, pool and darts board and a model aircraft/kite flying strip on the farm.
There are chickens, sheep, goats and geese and a host of wildlife to discover. We have our own supply of natural spring water straight from the tap, supply unlimited firewood for the open fires and have always had very good feedback from our guests. We're in the process of building a new website which will show off what we have to offer. Our main goal is to provide peace, tranquility with superior craftsmanship throughout.

Guide. Mike has often been complemented for the quality of his beer.
