Stratford Racecourse is a popular small National Hunt course, attracting large crowds, quality trainers and jockeys and competitive racing
Steeplechasing at Stratford Racecourse has taken place since 1755. Nowadays, They have 18 meetings a year, most of which
take place within the summer months.
Equipped with a new glass-fronted Grandstand (opened in 1997) and having won a major award for the care of the racetrack, They are proud to be in the
top flight of Britain's smaller courses.
By Car:
The Racecourse is approximately 15 minutes from Junction 15 of the M40 and 40 minutes from Junction 7 of the M5. With Birmingham only 40 minutes away and London, Bristol, Cardiff
and Manchester all within two hours drive, Stratford is easily accessible.
By Train:
From the railway station, Stratford Racecourse is just a five minute journey by taxi or a 25 minute walk.
